Why I Created It
I’m Bobby Minor.
I played Division I college baseball, coached from youth through high school for more than 35 years, and ran my own select organization. I’ve also made these decisions as a dad. My son Julian is playing college baseball now.
I’ve sat on both sides of these conversations. I know the questions parents should ask, the details a good coach should be able to explain, and the pressure families feel when they’re afraid their son might fall behind.
I created this guide to help you get useful answers before you commit your family’s time, money, and another season.
